Personal Support Workers – Community Care

Position : 25 hours per week guaranteed - evening and weekends

Location: Limoges, Ontario and Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking PSW’s to provide exceptional care for our clients using their acquired skills. Become an active member in planning for your client’s care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

Qualifications

• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
• Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
• Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
• Own transportation is an asset
• Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience - Required
• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
