Job Description
TPD is looking for a Geotechnical Driller wanting to explore Beautiful British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. This position will give you gorgeous views, competitive wage and bonus opportunities, along with the chance to work for a well established local Canadian company.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Supervise Drill Assistant and crew for HSE compliance.
  • Use different sampling methods based on project needs.
  • Operate a Hydracore 2000 or Canterra HP-200 drill rig
  • Operate and troubleshoot drill equipment and related tools, including trucks, pumps, heaters, compressors, etc.
  • Watch and manage instruments like pressure gauges, indicators, and check the hole's returns for volume, color, and consistency.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Put your mechanical skills to work, effectively diagnosing and repairing small equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Geotechnical or Environmental Drilling.
  • Complete and pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
  • Maintain and possess a valid Class 5 or 7 Driver’s Licence.
  • 1+ year ODEX experience
  • Experience with ODex drilling methods preferred
