Job Description

Our client in the Freight Forwarding sector is actively looking for a .Net Developer to join their team into a 6-month contract, with a high possibility of extension. The role is HYBRID, and you wll be required to go on-site 3 days per week to their Mississauga office.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing insight and your unique perspective to drive projects forward
  • Self-managing your workload in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Roll out solutions to the market, including writing good documentation and putting out technical fires.
  • Providing input on architectural & design decisions
  • Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ship frequently
  • Developing and delivering code across a range of languages, with a focus on quality
  • Working with QA to resolve bugs and improve the overall solution
  • Occasionally travel to other facilities
  • With a broad full-stack scope, you will work with technologies such as:


Qualifications:

  • Postgres, cloud data stores, Redis, Document Databases
  • Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
  • MUST have .NET C#
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps for version control, work assignment, pipelines, and releases
  • Visual Studio Code & other associated IDEs as required
  • Nice to have C, C++, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Online / offline development including embedded firmware, server-side and native devices
