Skills Required:


• Experience in Administration of MS Intune and SCCM along with good understanding in Cloud computing

• Should have good hands-on experience in Windows Auto-pilot deployment

• Should design and execute the technical implementation of Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications

• Should have good hands-on experience in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration and solid experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. consulting

• Windows client deployment/imaging experience with Windows 10, the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and the Microsoft Assessment and Planning tool

• Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementations

• Ability to develop automated solutions

• Ability to work with Intune in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) and PC Management capacity.

• Understanding of business pains and technical solutions using Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite

• Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016 deployment, design, implementation and administration desired

• LDAP and Active Directory expertise

• DNS and Networking concepts

• Knowledge and proficiency in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and related technologies

• Experienced with deploying and managing other platforms (Mac, iOS, Android)

• Identity and Access Management

• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces

• Technical experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (and Azure IaaS), clustering for load balancing business continuity, performance measuring and tuning

• Strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects

• Experience in providing technical support to Office 365

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Creating and managing policies and profiles for mobile devices, including configuration of security settings, access controls, and device restrictions

• Configuring and managing app deployment and distribution for mobile devices, including app management policies, app protection policies, and app assignments

• Implementing and managing compliance policies to ensure that devices are meeting organizational security requirements and that sensitive data is protected

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to device management and app deployment, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, app installation issues, and policy enforcement issues

• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that devices are properly integrated with other systems and that policies and profiles are aligned with organizational policies and standards

• Staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Intune and recommending new policies and configurations to enhance security and productivity

• Providing training and support to end-users and other IT teams to ensure that they are able to use Microsoft Intune effectively and efficiently

• Recommend a solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks)

• Able to articulate pros & cons of the architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, startup/shutdown, compatibility etc.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the customer accounts and becoming a trusted adviser to these individuals

• Assist in the development of detailed project specifications where applicable

• Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability

• Assist and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM service delivery

• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Participate in the design and configuration process of new systems & technology

• Conduct after-hours maintenance and support as needed.
