Southern Community Laboratories, which is a division of Awanui Group (Previously known as Asia Pacific Healthcare Group), a healthcare company committed to providing facilities and services that deliver exceptional care to its clients.


We are seeking a Casual Medical Courier who will be responsible for picking up specimens from around Hamilton, delivering them to our laboratory based in Auckland within agreed timeframes.


This is a public facing role that at times can be demanding. To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, be warm and friendly with a can do attitude and a real commitment to service delivery.


To be successful in this role you need to have:


  • Respect for ensuring patient confidentiality at all times and in all matters
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • A clean criminal and driving record
  • Good knowledge of the Hamilton region
  • Happy to work in a team environment
  • Able to follow procedures and Protocols
  • Be physically fit and able
  • A full NZ class 1 licence
