Leasing Agent/Administrator Jobs

MetCap Living is currently in search of a Leasing Agent to work at our properties in London. This is a great opportunity!

You have:

• Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel and E-mail
• Good people skills and excellent at customer service
• Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
• The ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
• Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and procedure
• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Duties to include:

• Preparing Lease Agreements
• Other duties as assigned
• Showing suites
• Completing move in/out reports
