Workspace48 is actively seeking a dynamic Interior Designer/Specifier to join our progressive Office Furniture company located in Woodstock, ON. Our company is a leader in providing office furniture to companies all over North America. Summary of the opportunity:

The ideal candidate is extremely organized and excited to work with a company that is experiencing tremendous growth. You will be providing support and design services to our Sales team and customer base. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in interior design and working as a key part of a team.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the liaison between our team at Workspace48 and the customer, which includes emails, phone calls, and attending virtual meetings with customers
• Work our sales team and customers to provide quotes and drawings on small, mid-size, and large projects
• Provide customers with supporting information on project submissions
• Support our Sales team with providing timely customer communication
• Render design ideas in the form of 3D renderings to visualize our products in the customer workspace

Your experience includes:

• Working knowledge of CRM software
• Some knowledge of drawing programs, ideally CET, CAD & SketchUp
• Experience in Configura - CET design software preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in a design/specifying role within the office furniture industry
• Post-secondary education, Design
