Job Description
Falcon Contracting Ltd. and Falcon Camp Services Inc. are a locally owned and operated group of companies based in Prince George, BC. We are a diverse organization specializing in civil construction and turn-key camp catering


We are looking for an experienced Industrial/Auto Body Paint Prepper to join our team at our Prince George, BC head office.


Job Duties And Responsibilities


  • Prepare the vehicle for paint; sanding, taping, and masking.
  • Loading and unloading of supplies/parts.
  • Detailing of paint work such as unmasking, inspection, touch ups, buffing and minor reassembly.
  • Execute minor body work when instructed.
  • Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.
  • Clean and smooth surfaces before the application of primer and paint
  • Employees will be required to perform any other duties assigned by their supervisor.
  • Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment.


Qualifications
  • Must have a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be able to produce a high quality finished product
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an auto-body prepper.
  • Forklift experience considered an asset
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt.
  • Quick learner
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, work overhead, climb ladders as necessary
