Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Perform common electrical installations and modifications including conduit bending, cable install, electrical equipment mounting, and industrial automation system installation
• Effective and safe use of electrical test and recording equipment
• Participate in internal safety programs to ensure the application of safety standards across all maintenance operations
• Generate and maintain accurate and effective maintenance records, status reports, data, and maintenance logs
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, maintenance manuals, ladder diagrams, troubleshooting guides, PLC ladder and sequential function charts, control loop diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, and PM manual
• Other tasks as required or assigned
• Test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair analog components, digital and logic circuits, microprocessor-controlled devices, programmable logic and automation controllers, electronic process measurement systems, and electronic controllers
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, digital, and analog control equipment/systems
• General industrial electrical plant maintenance

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Rockwell Automation hardware and software experience, including PLC-5 and Logix PLC/PAC platforms
• General instrumentation knowledge and experience
• Brewing and packaging background is preferred
• General PC troubleshooting and repair knowledge, including MS Windows software and common PC components
• High school diploma minimum required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including afternoon and weekend hours
