A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will:

• Communicate with necessary parties, such as Service Dept. Manager, Technicians, Dispatch, and Parts Department.
• Embrace ongoing training opportunities to continue growing and learning as a professional.
• Drive new sales opportunities to build repair options in the best interest of clients.
• Create troubleshooting solutions that align with clients’ needs to resolve HVAC troubles.
• Maintain organized and updated company service van, inventory, and paperwork for success.

What You Bring To The Table

• 2-3 years HVAC field experience within residential environments.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with heavy-lifting from time to time (50 lbs)
• Outstanding people skills, communication, and customer service abilities
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC-related problems.
