Bolton – £24,500 - £45,000


A leading firm with a strong reputation within the Housing Disrepair market is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their busy and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional looking for a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


Responsibilities


  • The candidate will work collaboratively with the team, covering each other's cases and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assessing liability, valuing damages, and skillfully negotiating settlements will be a key part of their role.
  • Demonstrating exceptional IT skills, they will efficiently utilize cutting-edge systems and technology.
  • They will demonstrate mastery of the Housing Disrepair pre-action protocol, expertly drafting court documents, and issuing court proceedings.
  • The chosen candidate will manage a diverse caseload of around Housing Disrepair Pre Lit/Litigated cases.
