In this role, you’ll leverage all that hands-on experience in your background and put it to good use helping us to support our customers and gain new ones while leading the charge in this area as your work helps to support the industry’s best sales team.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Assemble, build, measure, cut, crimp, and test industrial and hydraulic hoses.
  • Some additional branch support duties may be required
  • Knowledge of various industry applications and ability to provide value added recommendations
  • Able to operate forklift and other small loaders.
  • Document non-conformances.
  • Operate various cutting and machining tools such as saws, grinders, shears, crimpers, etc.
  • Communicate with supervisor any assembly discrepancies;
  • Inspect and test product.


Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:


  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed be.
  • Ability to lead by example and to promote high morale by showing enthusiasm for your work and determination to achieve results.
  • Valid license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to learn and follow company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ability to take instructions and follow directions.
  • Ability to establish a strong sense of trust with team members.
  • Mechanically inclined coupled with strong working ethics.
  • High school diploma or GED. Preferred technical training in related field.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.


Working Conditions:


Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; attention to detail; repetitive tasks; bending, crouching, kneeling. Able to lift and carry heavy parts of up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
