GFL Environmental is hosting a hiring fair out of our Brydon Location in Etobicoke for AZ/DZ Drivers.

• Friday June 16th from 11am- 4:00pm

GFL Environmental is looking for an AZ and DZ licence driver to support our residential lines of business out of our Brydon site!

GFL is hosting a job fair for applicants who are committed and responsible. We welcome operators of all levels of experience entry level and up. Candidates are welcome to visit out facility for a walk-in interview!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks assigned
• Satisfy customer needs for service
• Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established company policies and contract obligations
• Complete daily routes as assigned by the Route supervisors
• Perform end of day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion
• Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner
• May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Route Supervisors

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• AZ License
• Experience driving in the city
• DZ License
• Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
• 1-3 years heavy truck driving experience
