Our Burlington Client is seeking reliable and responsible employees to join their team as a batcher. This is a critical role and very essential to their business. Applicants should have great attenton to detail, understand the importance of their role with a sense of responsability, and be able to commit to their full time shifts

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

• Over time available after 44hrs
• Open Shift Availability - Monday-Friday Days, Afternoon or Nights! ( Afternoons 3:20pm-11:30pm, Nights 11:20pm-7:30am)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
• Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches
• Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
• Batch/Mix liquids
• Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives.
• Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
• Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail
• - Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
• - The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• - Basic math skills.
• - 1+ years of Batching experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs

Experience in any of these areas would be considered an asset:

• Batcher / Mixer
