The Firearms Sales Associate is a member of the operations team of Tundra Supply.
They work closely with other sales associates as well as the Firearms Team Lead and Manager. These individuals will perform day-to-day operations tasks.
Responsibilities:
▪ Monitor phones and sales email as well as walk-in customers.
▪ Be able to provide product knowledge to assist customers inquiring by email, phone, or walk-ins.
▪ Completes sales transactions for in-store customers and assist online customers.
▪ Prepare shipments for online orders.
▪ Routinely clean and organize store environment to ensure a safe, comfortable and convenient customer shopping experience.
▪ Create, takedown and stock merchandise displays as required.
▪ Assist with store promotions, events, trade shows, etc. (May occasionally be off site).
▪ Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations for products.
▪ Receive and record customer special orders.
▪ Complete routine inventory checks as directed.
▪ Monitor customer activity for loss prevention.
▪ Learn, understand, and follow store and employee safety and security protocols.
▪ Open Store (Maintain retail space, restock as needed, customer follow up/voicemails).
▪ Close Store (Ensure that all firearms are properly secured, restock as needed, take out the garbage as needed, Clean/sweep daily, and Lock up).

Education and Certification Requirements:
▪ Firearms Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.) with restricted endorsement is required.
▪ High School Diploma is an asset.
▪ Employment references are required. Please include them with your application.
Hours and Pay:
Full-time hours: 36 + per week (Current hours of operation 10:45 AM – 5:15 PM – Tuesday to
Sunday).
Pay: $15/h +
