Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

6 to 12 month contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on system integrations and back-end development, with minimal front-end work. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Your expertise in .NET technologies and proficiency in system integration will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing systems and driving the success of our projects.

Major Responsibilities:

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for system integrations and back-end development.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate external systems and services with our existing applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Optimize and improve existing systems, processes, and infrastructure for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system integrations and back-end development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and ERP systems relating to in-house customizations.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot .NET applications, APIs, and services.
• Implement data integration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure their reliability, performance, and security.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity and experience with ERP solutions like Sage 300 (including Sage CRM) considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services including report creation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Extensive experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity and experience working with the Google Marketing Platform (specifically Analytics) considered an asset.
• Experience with web service protocols and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Proficiency in working with third-party APIs and integrating external systems.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and related technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a .NET Full Stack Developer, with a focus on system integrations and back-end development.
