Front Line Leader Jobs

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Front Line Leader for a 12 month contract in Bruderheim, AB.

Front Line Leader Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation and updating of project schedules
• Actively learn, participate and verify adherence to Client Safety Management System
• Plan & execute ground disturbance following corporate practice
• Maintain daily record keeping
• Active participation in project meetings
• Accurately identify and communicate project risk
• Review and acceptance of contractor daily submissions
• Adhere to OH&S requirements for Prime Contractor
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with Client Health & Safety Team
• Identify contractor and work package risk and resolution recommendations
• Provide daily progress / risk / look ahead reporting
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with Client Quality Assurance Team
• Review and acceptance of contractor reporting
• Review and joint acceptance of critical project documentation
• Actively learn, participate and verify adherence to Client Specifications
• Participate in quality related activities
• Participate and joint acceptance of incident reports and verify corrective action effectiveness
• Observe and mentor team members
• Participate in scope completion tasks
• Mechanical piping experience is an asset.
• Understand work packages schedules, and its role up into master project schedules
• Actively verify performance against project and contractor deliverables
• Participate in progress review
• Review and communicate hazards imposed by client on to contractors
• Participate project execution strategy development
• Identification and participation project risk assessments
• Review, participate and implementation of client Safety Initiatives (Audits / Hazard ID’s / LOD1)
• Review and recommend resolutions for technical issues

Front Line Leader Location

Bruderheim AB. When not traveling, there is one work from home day per week. Travel is based out of Bruderheim AB.
