Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for arranging transportation services for customers, negotiating rates with carriers, monitoring shipments, dispatching trucks, and providing exceptional customer service. The Freight Broker will work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage accounts and build relationships
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in dispatching and managing logistics
• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage experience
