Executive Director, Capital Planning & Major Capital Projects

The Executive Director Capital Planning & Major Capital Projects will oversee critical functions within the SHA.

Capital Planning functions including but not limited to: Functional Space Planning Real Estate Capital Planning, Computerized Maintenance Management System, and standards development as it relates to Capital Infrastructure including Space, Building Operations and Maintenance, etc.

Major Capital Projects (MCP) functions including but not limited to: In partnership with SaskBuilds & Procurement and the Ministry of Health to deliver MCP initiatives across the SHA including in Acute Care and Long Term Care Facilities, Urgent Care Centres and Other MCP >$3 Million including projects such as electrical infrastructure replacements. Leads planning and information to support identification of MCP including SHA Project management activities. Coordinates engagement of SHA clinical teams and operational support service areas to support areas of SHA project delivery in Operational Readiness and Transition Planning, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Planning, Participate and provide input into design and construction process. Leads on project integration and support for other SHA project team members (Finance, ITIM, Finance, CPSM). Act as an integration lead between the project team and key clinical and support service area team leads. Travel within the province of Saskatchewan is required.
