Dual Property Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing individual to fill the

role of Dual Property Sales Manager overseeing both the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook and the Hilton Garden Inn Fredericton Downtown.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare proposals that are geared to maximize profit
• Attend and contribute to regular Sales & Revenue meetings
• Develop data and recommend programs to meet the needs of the clients
• Attend trade shows to develop new business and contact established clients
• Conduct market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, and desired rate
• Ability to travel (locally and out of town)
• Become completely familiar with our hotels and with key competitors
• Develop plans, special sales activities, and promotions
• Participate in and represent the hotels at local events geared to increased exposure to and business potential into the properties
• Concentrate on all projects happening locally and Provincially
• Assist in the development of annual sales goals

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to speak in both official languages is considered an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
• A diploma in Hospitality & Tourism is an asset
• Goal-oriented and determined to achieve set goals
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
