Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Database Analyst. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for database support and analytics, integration management and creating & maintaining dashboards. You have in-depth experience with database management Systems, BI software, SQL Server, and solid ability in integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and disseminating data. This role is located in Edmonton, AB., and does have hybrid working permissions (work form office/work from home) for eligible candidates.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• High level for attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven working success in database support and analytics
• Strong knowledge and working experience with integration Management: in-depth skill with interoperability and integration, hands-on experience in the integration with other information platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices
• Commitment and experience in establishing and promoting best practices and standards
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and disseminating data
• Ability to think outside the box to come up with new insightful and innovative ways to ask/answer questions and share them with the team
• 3 + years proven working experience in a similar role with strong knowledge in the application of information technology, database design and information management
