Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data & Integration Lead to lead our data and application integration efforts within the MarTech team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in designing, building, and managing data pipelines, data management, and digital analytics, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe technologies, DataBricks, and Azure. Additionally, they should have experience with coding and development, API consumption, and familiarity with MarTech apps like MAP, CRM, CDP, with Google Marketing tools (GA, Big Query) and SalesForce Marketing Cloud tools.

Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US) and Quebec, Nunavut, NW Territories, Yukon (Canada)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data needs for MarTech tools are imported into the MarTech stack and exported to other systems like our data lake using APIs and data integration techniques, with a focus on integrating data between SFMC, DataBricks, and Azure.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of data engineers and analysts to support marketing technology efforts.
  • Experience with tagging and data layer management using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
  • Understand and adherence to CDO governance policies and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure our data layers for mobile and web properties are correctly configured and managed using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with a focus on DataBricks and Azure.
  • Experience with data management and analytics, including data extensions, data relationships, data segmentation, and tracking and reporting on campaign performance and customer journeys.
  • Experience with DataBricks and Azure, including data integration, data warehousing, data lake, and data pipeline management.
  • Roadmap data integration efforts, design, build and manage data systems & pipelines into/out of Martech apps in collaboration with users to understand data requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize a coaching and training-focused mindset
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in data pipeline design and management using technologies such as SQL, Python, ETL, DataBricks, and Azure, with a focus on integrating data between SFMC, DataBricks and Azure.
  • Strong coding and development experience with SQL, Python, and ETL, with experience in API consumption.
  • Strong experience in data management and analytics, including data extensions, data relationships, data segmentation, and tracking and reporting on campaign performance and customer journeys.
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Familiarity with MarTech apps like MAP, CRM, CDP, with Google Marketing tools (GA, Big Query) and SalesForce Marketing Cloud tools..
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong experience with digital analytics, tagging, and data layer management using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.

  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe technologies, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Salesforce Connect and REST APIs.
