Job Description
A well known, reputable, financial institution is seeking a temp to hire, full-time Account Specialist/Data Entry Specialist to joining their growing team. The right individual will have previous experience working as an Accounts Specialist or Data Entry Specialist preferably in the finance or legal industry. If you are looking to work for a company with a great culture and growth opportunities, then this position is for you!


Location: On-Site, Calgary,AB


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm


Salary: $25.00/hour


Job Responsibilities


  • Daily management of accounts and commissions
  • Responsible for providing customer service to our financial professionals
  • Maintaining account information
  • Reviewing and verifying new account information for completeness and accuracy
  • Completing monthly reporting and mailings
  • Entering data supplied by the representatives


Job Requirements


  • Data Entry accuracy
  • Comfort with MS Office products and can pick up new databases easily
  • Excellent customer services skills that include ability to listen, curiosity to find solution and ability to follow through
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within an office setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties in an efficient and professional manner.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to regularly use independent judgement.
