Randstad Staffing is currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk who can join a well-reputable company in the insurance industry as soon as possible for a PERMANENT position!

- Maintaining data on various reports
- Review, investigate and adjudicate claims
- Conduct telephone calls to health and dental service providers for incomplete claim information
- Other duties as assigned
- Make accurate payment decisions according to adjudication guidelines
- High attention to detail, organized and demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficency using MS Office products
- Must successfully complete standard assessments with high key strokes and accuracy to be considered
- Experience (1-2 years) with data entry or data processing large volumes of information
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and government's enhanced screening process
