Leader Name: Senior Manager, Data Analysis

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

ATB's next Data Analyst, End to End Banking Operations, you will be responsible for synthesizing data related to processes, people and products using advanced analytics, data visualizations, and dashboards to provide insights into strategies, business decisions and approaches.

Accountabilities

• Uses visualizations and dashboards tailored to the audience and use case
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using a wide range of data and systems
• Performs basic business analysis tasks: requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, testing and documentation.
• Works with oversight of experienced peers and data governance teams
• Applies data security and privacy policies to mitigate risks of improper use
• Supports data operations and tracks report usage throughout organization
• Assists with maintenance of data assets and drafts policies to maintain its integrity
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with data analysis.
• Google Sheets, Forms
• Ability to identify opportunities and influence results using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Python, JavaScript (nice to have)
• BigQuery (SQL)
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent.
• Tableau
• Working knowledge of current analytics and visualization technologies, particularly:
