Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Utilize computer systems and software to access customer accounts, retrieve information, and update records.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist walk-in customers, providing them with information and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Display compassion and empathy when interacting with our clients patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficient solutions to meet customer needs promptly.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is considered an asset.
- Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
