Job Description
S2B Inc. is an e-commerce company managing multiple websites and conducts business on multiple sales platforms. We are a young company growing at an accelerating rate and are seeking for a FULL-TIME Customer Experience Specialist who possesses a genuine desire to satisfy and delight people with the superior level of service we promise to our customers.


Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proficient with Automotive Electrical System, Circuitry, and Customization.
  • Able to listen, empathize, self-control, and be concise with communication in person, through the telephone, and through writings.
  • Innate Desire to Satisfy People.
  • Familiar with retail processes such as product inquiry, quotation, taking orders, modifying orders, shipment, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Enjoys offering help and delighting people with resolving issues brought forth to their attention.
  • One will need to understand the function of switches, fuses and relays, relationships between wattage, voltage and amperage, and be familiar with the anatomy of a car.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications


  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in e-commerce company/settings.
