Clinical Liaison Jobs

St Peters Manor Inc, a leader in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation is looking to hire a Clinical Liaison to assist with referral management and communication between the facility and the referral sources in the area. This unique individual will possess effective communication skills as well as problem solving ability to build strong relationships with physicians and discharge planners at the local hospitals. This individual will play a key role in the marketing and reputation management of Jefferson City Manor through community involvement and industry networking. Internally, this individual will assist the Social Service Director with admissions, be in constant contact with the resident, rehabilitation patients and their family members, and will be responsible for following up with our rehab patients upon discharge.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing with an emphasis in nursing, healthcare and/or long-term care & rehabilitation. This is a full-time position that works Monday through Friday with the possibility of evening and weekend hours as needed.
