We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Cleaning Staff member with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our members, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Regular cleaning and sanitization of gym equipment and surfaces.
Cleaning and restocking restroom and locker rooms.
Cleaning of mirrors, windows, and communal areas.
Identifying maintenance and repair needs, and reporting them promptly to the management team.
Adhering to cleaning schedules and maintaining cleaning supply inventory.
Upholding the gym’s standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent attention to detail.
Problem-solving capabilities – able to identify issues and suggest solutions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving objects, bending, kneeling, and standing.
Flexibility to work during early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
