Job Description

Class A Drivers Needed - Home Daily - No Weekends
As a full-time CDL driver, you'll work close to home and have your nights and weekends free. Our CDL drivers enjoy our new, best-in-class fleet while delivering building materials locally from our branches and distribution centers to our customers. What You Will Do
  • Touch freight may need to lift, push, or move product weighing 75 pounds
  • Ensure branch management is aware of potential hazards on site
  • Adhere to safety policies and regulations while always wearing appropriate PPE and ensuring safe loading and unloading
  • Adhere to safety policies and regulations while always wearing appropriate PPE
  • Maintain compliance with and understanding of safety policies and regulations
  • Pre-inspect truck, load materials, and verify accuracy of load
  • Set up job parameters, inspect site to ensure a safe environment to unload
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of the product
What You Will Bring
  • Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in team environment
  • Valid Class A/B CDL license in good standing with 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Experience driving a manual transmission truck and operating heavy equipment for unloading
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds
  • Commitment to safety must always wear appropriate PPE
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
