Summary:
Our Truck Drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) from Cargo Cabbie StorageHubs in the Location area to customer’s locations. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. Cargo Cabbie Storage provides new, well maintained tractor trailers, an opportunity to be home each night, and an employee-focused culture. We pride ourselves in a strong safety culture and being one of the cleanest hazmat hauling companies. We are looking for safety motivated, and passionate employees to join our driver team!
Schedule:
- This position provides a schedule with local driving that allows you to be home at the end of each shift
- Ready to support 24-hour operations with night shift driving on occasion
Perks:

- Safe operation of tractor and trailer to/from off road customer locations
- Safe transport of Compressed Natural Gas from hub compression stations to customer sites
- Pre/Post trip checks of operating vehicles
- Removal and transportation of empty CNG trailers from customer sites to Hub locations
- Hook-up and decoupling of hoses to/from compression stations and pressure reduction systems
Requirements:
- Preference will be given to drivers with prior oilfield hauling experience
- Must be safety minded, a self-starter, and a team player
- Two (2) years’ experience transporting TDG is an asset
- Candidates must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check, Fit-for-Duty, and D&A screen to be considered for employment
- Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with minimum two (2) years’ verifiable trucking experience
