Job Description
John Ross & Sons Ltd. is the largest scrap metal recycling facility in Atlantic Canada and we are committed to exceeding our customer's expectations. We are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded Class 1 driver to join our team based in Truro. Previous driving experience (3+years) and a clean driving record is a must.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Ensure deficiencies are noted and reported to management
  • Hauling various scrap products
  • Properly record hours and mileage in logbook
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
  • Gather appropriate paperwork for deliveries


Qualifications And Skills


  • Minimum 3 years driving experience
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
  • Must hold valid Class 1 License


Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
