CINEMATICS ANIMATOR

Reports to: Lead Cinematics

Permanent – Full-Time

What you will do

• Import captured facial data and refine animation to make it expressive and realistic;
• Export animation updates to the engine and test.
• Be in charge of several cinematic sequences and ensure their quality;
• Assemble scenes, import animation clips captured on set;
• Create preview scenes from video reference;
• Respect the delivery schedule of animations with a high level of quality defined by the rest of the team;
• Communicate progress and difficulties clearly with the team lea d , and be prepared to understand and act on instructions;

What you bring

• Experience in character animation with knowledge of camera work, composition and cinematographic sequences;
• Intermediate 3 years in the field of animation; Senior 5 years in the field of animation;
• Proficiency in Maya and MotionBuilder ;
• Comfortable with quick Keyframe iterations and motion capture editing.
• Autonomous;
• Diploma in 3D art or equivalent;

• Understanding of the anatomy of the human body and face ;
• Must be comfortable working in a team focused on continuous improvement ;
• Strong sense of ethics and humility required ;
• Maturity to give and receive constructive criticism is expected .
• Technical knowledge of development engines ;
• Ability to learn from others and share knowledge ;
