Responsibilities

 * Post-Construction Clean-Up: Perform comprehensive cleaning of

recently constructed or renovated units, including kitchens,

bathrooms, living areas, windows, trims, and doors. Remove dust,

debris, and any construction-related residues to ensure the units are

move-in ready.

 * Property Maintenance: Support property maintenance tasks, such as

light cleaning, dusting, and tidying, to maintain the cleanliness and

appearance of properties.

 * Attention to Detail: Ensure every nook and cranny is thoroughly

cleaned, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces, fixtures,

and windows to deliver top-notch cleaning standards.

 * Empty Unit Cleaning: Clean units that are unoccupied, without any

heavy lifting required, allowing for efficient and focused cleaning

tasks.

 * Quality Assurance: Uphold company standards of cleanliness and

quality, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.

 * Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with

team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure a seamless workflow

and positive client experience.

Requirements

 * Experience: Previous experience in construction clean-up,

residential or commercial cleaning, or related fields is preferred,

but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate with a

strong work ethic and attention to detail.

 * Physical Fitness: The position does not involve heavy lifting, but

candidates must be physically fit to carry out cleaning tasks and

stand for extended periods.

 * Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and dedication to

delivering immaculate results is essential.

 * Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in work attendance are
