PeopleReady of Ayr, ON is now hiring Car Jockey Drivers!Do you like starting your day early?Do you enjoy working outdoors?Do you enjoy driving new vehicles?We have full time hours available and we are also now looking for part time workers that are available 3 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay Rate


The pay rate for this job is $18 / Hour


What You'll Be Doing As a Car Jockey Driver


  • Set up rail cars for off load and drive vehicles from rail cars to parking area.
  • As a car jockey you will move new vehicles from parking areas to a designated staging area where they will be loaded onto car carriers.


Available Shifts


Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)


Job Requirements


  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • Must be willing in all weather conditions.
  • Valid G License.
  • Hours 7AM to 3:30PM or 8AM to 4:30 PM, some overtime.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Must have reliable transportation as location is not on a bus route.
  • Must have valid G license.
  • Background Check Required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have clean drivers abstract.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
