OWENS Landing is looking for a Bartender to join our team!

What you will do in this role

• Demonstrate behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence.
• Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial workplace safety standards.
• Ensure beverage and service quality is at the highest standard
• Be the ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience through driving knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality.

• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ft/Pt
• To be driven and focused and execute with excellence
• Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in a similar role
• Smart Serve Certified
• Inspirational and motivational skills
• Open to learning, coaching and career growth
