Summary of Job
As a Barista, we devote our time to mastering the art of Specialized Coffee-based Beverages, keeping an organized and sanitary environment, and guaranteeing our guests receive outstanding customer service along with a positive atmosphere, so they can have the best experience they can have.
Also necessary is for everyone to receive cash register training. Every transaction must be handled carefully and accurately at Dolce. The "SQUARE" POS (Point of Sale) system is used at Dolce Coffee House.
oJob Duties and Responsibilities
· Welcoming all customers in a courteous and timely manner.
· Sanitizing all surfaces & equipment.
· Receiving Food and Beverage orders.
· Accurately handling Cash & Gift cards.
· Preparing Coffee and Food Orders.
· Accurately Serving Coffee, Tea, and Food Orders.
· Operating Espresso Machine.
· Stocking Cups, Lids, Coffee, and Supplies.
· Wiping down tables.
· Weigh and Grind Coffee.
· Taking out the trash.
· Actively communicating with other employees.
· Responding to questions & Concerns.
· Reporting guest problems or concerns.
· Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements.
· Any other duties as directed.
