Tasks


Clear and clean tables, trays and chairsOperate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatwareSanitize and wash dishes and other items by handKeep records of the quantities of food usedPackage take-out foodPortion and wrap foodsPrepare, heat and finish simple food itemsTake customers' ordersUse manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffsClean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipmentReceive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
