Asset Protection Guard - Greater Toronto Area

Skills/Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management - both of which require annual recertification
• Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar
• Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations
• Have 2+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting
• Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)
• Be able and willing to work at different stores in Downtown Core
• Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills

Starting Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
