THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for a productive Architectural Technologist to work within their growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working collaboratively as a member of the design team, you will be responsible to:

• Execute contract administration during the construction phase:
• Compile a full set of architectural tender documents.
• Assist in design development and renderings.
• Participate in, and support client design meetings.
• Coordinate 3rd party consultants, contractors, engineers, civil officials, and clients.

- Attend and lead site meetings.

- Perform site reviews.

- Identify construction deficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 4+ years’ experience with a solid understanding of building systems and detailing
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit.
• Proven ability to run site meetings, perform on-site inspections and identify construction deficiencies.
• Exemplary communication skills and proven ability to interact effectively with clients and 3rd party consultants.
• Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technology program.
