ChampionX has an immediate need for a Pipefitter Apprentice in our UltraFab group located in Rockyview, AB. If you are a dedicated professional with knowledge and experience as a pipefitter, who likes to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we invite you to apply.

What Will You Do


  • Assist in hydro testing
  • Work with power tools
  • Treaded piping
  • Spooling bolt up


Position Details


  • Plant located in Rockyview, AB
  • Work week and shift: 4 days/ week (10 hours shift)
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this position


Minimum Qualifications


  • Completion of secondary schooling specializing in Steamfitting/Pipefitting or registered in the Registered Apprenticeship Program


Physical Demands


  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to pass a company drug and alcohol test


Preferred Qualifications


  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
