We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team on a commission basis. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to generate leads and set appointments with qualified prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize provided leads or conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.

- Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments.

- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to generate interest and qualify prospects.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of appointments and provide any necessary information or context.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role, preferably in a sales or lead generation environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to generate interest and set appointments.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.

- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Proficient in using CRM software or other appointment setting tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
