The Headlines
In the role of Import Planning Analyst working in Toronto, Ontario, Canada you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain Organization. You will contribute to the import planning processes associated with supply planning and supply chain optimization for MolsonCoors. This role adds value creation through design and optimization of the MolsonCoors supply network, from supplier through distributor. Finally, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.
This position reports to Sr. Manager, Partnerships and works closely mainly with internal and external Commercial, Finance and Supply chain teams.
The Responsibilities
  • Contributes detailed supply plans to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, and other product supply execution processes
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders with both internal and external partners
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to be distributed to internal/external stakeholders
  • Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes
  • Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations
  • Assists in creation and management of timely and accurate supply plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers MolsonCoors annual plan

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • Professional designation in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
