Are you interested in joining one of the world's foremost specialty aerospace and defence contractors? Adecco is currently seeking an experienced CMT Technician - Mechanic (AVN), for a full-time, permanent position at a leading Canadian specialty aerospace and defence company in Abbotsford, BC. In this role, you will perform aircraft maintenance, repairs and overhaul applicable to your trade on the Canadian Forces CC130J aircraft and complete the associated documentation in accordance with Canadian Forces and industry standards as well the company's policies and procedures.
- Strive to consistently act in a manner that reflects the company's culture and values
- Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCCA or applicable governing body) OR Military course(s) equivalent
- Ensure the return of the customer aircraft in safe and serviceable condition by performing all work tasks in accordance with applicable manuals
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Participate in company-wide social events and family functions throughout the year.
- Shifts: TBD
- Minimum 4 years of experience performing duties within the scope of their trade AND Holder of Transport Canada AME- M license OR DND equivalent certification/ authorization levels

- CC130 B-H & J Aircraft DND / Military experience is an asset

- Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are performed efficiently and accurately, and appropriate skills to progress in the trade are developed
- 3 Weeks paid vacation
- Exhibit basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
