Administrative Assistant / Entry Level (Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant. As a remote Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and planning company events
• Other duties as assigned
• Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence and phone calls
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with administrative support is an asset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
