Dealership sales administration experience, preferred

1 to 2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, or equivalent

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

3-5 years of administrative/data entry experience

Focus Area: Produce OE quotations and respond quicky to all inquiries with a solutions based mentality

Focus Area: Act as intermediary between Weir Technology Groups (e.g., Crushing, Screening, HPGR) in communicating our regional delivery needs.

Focus Area: Operate and work within SAP to enter and track PO’s, review material lists, ensure timely delivery, and monitor payments.

Experience with patch management and OS hardening.

Experience with both Windows andLinuxoperating systems, as well as a strong understanding of security principles.

Location : Markham , ON

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows andLinuxoperating systems, including servers and workstations.

Managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

Monitoring system performance and availability and identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
