Senior Research Consultant Jobs

Completes work independently with broadly defined work objectives and a limited review of overall results.

Ph.D. in transportation planning or engineering, public policy, sociology, economics, or other closely related social science field is desired.

4+ years of market research experience

Strong analytic skills and expertise in using Excel

Strong interpersonal and written communication skill

Serving as key client contact and proactively investigating client needs, communicating study progress, and resolving any issues

Understand the appropriate use of advanced analytics, various sampling approaches and weighting

Ensure hands-on quality control throughout the entire project process.

Extensive experience in project management, stakeholder management, and team management

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as skills in data management, report writing, and making presentations

Provide budget and resource estimates and manage research projects throughout the research life cycle

Hire, manage and support market research vendors

4 years of direct and hands-on primary market research and/or public opinion research experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in advisory and supervision of staff within a similar organization
