Proficient with payroll software with preference given to candidates with experience on the UKG platform.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designations required.
Experience on HRMS conversions preferred.
