Senior Parts Advisor Jobs

Produce performance reports for management relating to financial and productivity

Good knowledge and interest in the automotive industry (an asset, but not a requirement as we'll train!)

Calling customers to confirm appointments

Create and maintain customer appointment schedule

Create and maintain technician schedules

Create customer service work orders

Provide customer service at the Parts and Service to walk-in customers and customers calling into the dealership.

Consistently manage the inventory stock level by performing daily perpetual parts counts, and reporting discrepancies

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers

Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive

Able to certify at Parts Advisors 1 and obtain Tesla forklift certification

Specific vision abilities required include: ability to identify parts, operate systems, and identify potential safety hazards in the parts department

Assist the Parts Manager with front counter sales

Base salary of $3500 per month, PLUS wholesale parts sales bonus dependent on experience.

Greet customers in a courteous manner

Maintain workstation and parts department in a clean and orderly manner

Assist the service department in a junior advisor role

Can work independently and as part of a team

1 to 2 years of proven experience in parts sales, logistics, warehousing

Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
