Senior Group Underwriter Jobs

Over 7+ years of project management experience in core & shell / base building / repositioning construction

Experience with design build, lump sum, and construction management contracts

Tech savvy in Microsoft Office suite and project management software like CMIC and PlanGrid

Manage projects to ensure they meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget, schedule, and profitability

Manage project accounting, billings, and receivables, including project billings and signoff, subcontractor payment certificates, service/work order billings and client invoices

Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, process, and sequence

10+ of construction management experience, with P. Eng., PMP, GSC and/or LEED certifications being assets.

Exceptional time management to prioritize activities and allocate resources effectively

Experience managing base build/core & shell/repositioning construction projects

Strong scheduling skills including but not limited to monthly progress schedules, micro schedule/task plans and two-week lookaheads

Strong leadership skills to effectively hold others accountable for producing quality work

Relationship savvy and interpersonal skills to demand the respect of all stakeholders
